1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and 88ck ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your registration, access, and use of the 88ck website located at https://88ck.onl, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and any related services made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process on 88ck, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by simply accessing or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of 88ck following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 88ck platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 88ck operates a strict 21+ policy across all sections of the platform without exception. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal entity attempting to register as an individual.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling or betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been banned or suspended from 88ck for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

88ck reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time, including but not limited to national identification documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction or closure of your account.

3 Account Management

Each individual may hold exactly one registered account on 88ck. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88ck reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including any pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. 88ck will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 88ck immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. You accept that 88ck cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

88ck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, in a manner that may cause harm to 88ck or third parties, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 88ck are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 88ck does not charge currency conversion fees. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your account, or to a verified method in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 88ck reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within one business hour during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• 88ck reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

88ck offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentive-based offers to its members from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. The following general conditions apply to all 88ck promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Bonus funds that remain uncleared after the stated deadline will be forfeited without compensation.
• 88ck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who have already opted in to an active promotion will be notified of material changes.
• Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, automated software, or coordinated betting strategies — constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account termination.
• 88ck reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where a promotion has been claimed in breach of its terms.
• Promotions available during festive periods such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja, Bangladesh Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26) are subject to additional seasonal terms published at the time of the offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 88ck platform. Additional sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated herein by reference.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member after confirmation, except where expressly permitted by the platform's cash-out feature (where available).
• 88ck reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an incorrect, erroneous, or clearly mistaken price, or that was accepted as a result of a technical error. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Member's account.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the official rules of the relevant competition and the decisions of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, etc.). Settlements will follow official results.
• All casino games, slots, live dealer tables, and poker rooms on 88ck are provided by certified third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generator (RNG) systems. 88ck does not modify game logic.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or platform outage during an active game session or bet, 88ck will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. The platform's decision in such cases shall be final.
• Members are responsible for ensuring that they understand the rules of any game or betting market before participating. Lack of understanding does not constitute grounds for a refund or reversal of a settled bet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88ck platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit any part of the platform.
4. Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corruption involving sporting events available on the 88ck sportsbook.
5. Colluding with other players in poker or any multi-player game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage, instead of reporting them to 88ck support.
7. Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity.
8. Attempting to access another Member's account or interfering with the security infrastructure of the platform.
9. Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to mask your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
10. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the 88ck platform without express written permission.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88ck platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, software, text, odds data, game content, and any other materials — is the proprietary property of 88ck or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, republish, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any platform content without the express prior written consent of 88ck.

The 88ck name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of 88ck. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited. Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective providers.

9 Privacy & Data

88ck's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your 88ck account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Termination

You may close your 88ck account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

88ck reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

In cases of account termination for cause, 88ck reserves the right to withhold any balances pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, such balances may be forfeited in full.

88ck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 88ck will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform homepage or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the 88ck platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the dispute being raised in writing, either party may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution processes. 88ck is committed to fair and transparent dispute handling and will respond to all formally submitted disputes within 10 business days.
